Logging in, and resetting your password

You log in with the email address or the phone number on your account, your password, and a one-time code.

Logging in

1. Choose Log in.
2. Enter your email address or phone number, then your password.
3. Choose where to receive your code — your email or your phone.
4. Type in the code.

The code is the second lock on your account. Even if someone learned your password, they could not get in without your phone or your inbox.

Forgot your password?

1. On the log-in screen, choose to reset your password.
2. Enter the email address or phone number on your account.
3. Type in the code we send you.
4. Choose a new password — at least 10 characters, with upper and lower case letters, a number and a symbol — and enter it twice.

You'll see "Password updated. You can sign in now."

If something goes wrong

• The code didn't arrive. Emails can take a minute and sometimes land in spam. For a text, check you have signal, then ask for a new code.
• You no longer have that phone or that email. Use the other one — either works. If you have lost access to both, contact us from an address we can verify.
• "Passwords do not match." The two password boxes have to be identical. Choose Show beside the box to check what you typed.
