What happens to your customers' details

The short version: your customers' names, emails and phone numbers are scrambled in their own browser before anything is sent. Camorna never receives them.

What that means for you

You do not have to hand your customer list to anyone to use Camorna. When a visitor types their email address or phone number into a form on your site, the details themselves do not travel to us.

Consent

If a visitor declines tracking on your site, Camorna respects that choice.

Your store stays yours

Camorna reads your store so it can write ads about what you really sell. It cannot change anything in it. See Can Camorna spend money I haven't agreed to? for the full list of what it can read and what it can change.

We do not sell data

We do not sell or share what we hold.

Asking for deletion

If one of your customers asks you to delete their information, or you want your own account's data removed, see our data deletion page or write to privacy@camorna.com.
